Second Wind Trucks was founded by Brian Conditt, a 30+ year waste industry executive with hands-on leadership experience in operations, safety, fleet performance, and profitability.

Brian has led regional and multi-location hauling operations, managed full P&L responsibility, negotiated municipal and commercial contracts, and directed large driver and maintenance teams. He has implemented safety programs that reduced injuries and improved performance across multi-state operations. He understands fleet uptime, margin pressure, hydraulic failures, compliance demands, and the real cost of downtime because he has managed it firsthand.

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and decades of executive-level operational leadership, Brian built Second Wind Trucks to deliver dependable, work-ready refuse equipment rebuilt to operational standards — not sales shortcuts.
